These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Havelon Global (Pvt) Ltd website and to inquiries, quotations and supply of products and services by Havelon Global (“we”, “us”). By using our website or engaging with us, you agree to these Terms.

Havelon Global (Pvt) Ltd is a company registered in Sri Lanka, supplying Ayurvedic healthcare equipment, custom fabrication, import and related engineering services.

Custom-manufactured items may require approved drawings and specifications before production begins.

5. Delivery and installation
Delivery timelines are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery to the agreed location. Installation services, where provided, are subject to site readiness and safe access.
6. Warranties and limitations
Products are supplied with warranties as stated in the relevant quotation, invoice or product documentation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or delay in performance beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

Text, logos, images and design on this website are owned by or licensed to Havelon Global. You may not copy or reuse them without our prior written consent.
